Expression of Interest required for Cleeve School's Payroll and Human Resources (HR) Services

Key Information

Cleeve School invites Expressions of Interest (EoI) to be submitted, by any individuals or organisations, who wishes to tender for our Payroll and Human Resources Services. We would be willing to consider EoI’s from anyone wishing to tender and aspiring to provide either both or one of these services. There is the opportunity for two individuals and/or organisations to work in collaboration with each other to provide both services.

This service provision would need to start on the 1st September 2018.

 We are specifically be looking for:

EoI’s, for both services, to include an outline proposal for how we can use technology to improve and transform the service, without significant impact on our costs.

EoI’s for both services to include an outline of the added value that you can bring to our organisation and any specialist knowledge of the education sector that you may possess. If you do not have any specialist knowledge of the education sector please outline where you might source this from.

EoI’s for our Human Resources Services to include an element of onsite provision each month, to supplement the resource we already have in place

 All EoI’s should cover the following topics:

A summary of your expression

A general description of the individual or company and its background.

The price and period of validity

Information about all prices and costs in your offer.

The individual or company’s profile

An overview of who you currently work with, your contact information, address and size of organisation.

Customer references

The contact details for two organisations that you have worked with in the last 12 months.

The offer

Summarise and describe your offer, clarifying if you are tendering for both or just one of the services.

If there is additional informational that you feel is relevant to your tender, please appendix it to the information requested above.


Deadline for submission

All EoI’s must be submitted, via email, to the Director of Business, Ian Cummings ( no later than 5pm on the 11th May 2018.

Anyone shortlisted will be informed by the 25th May 2018, and will be invited to present their tender to the School on the 15th June 2018.
